Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with its unbeatable location right in front of Copacabana beach. The rooms were spacious and clean, but unfortunately, the lack of outside windows made them a bit dark and noisy at times. The service was excellent, especially from the friendly and helpful staff. The dining experience was quite good with a variety of options, and the facilities were well-maintained.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. On the positive side, the rooms were spacious and featured comfortable beds. However, cleanliness was a major issue, with dirty rooms and no views to enjoy. The lack of airflow from the windows also made the stay uncomfortable at times. The service, on the other hand, was exceptional, with extremely helpful and courteous staff making my time in Rio much easier. The hotel's location was quite good, although a bit far from the main beach area, closer to Sugar Loaf Mountain side. The dining options were decent, offering a good variety of food and drinks, but could benefit from a little more variety. Overall, it was a stay with its ups and downs but with some key aspects to appreciate.
The hotel had a room with a dark and noisy interior, lacking tea or coffee provisions but featuring a view of the sea. The service was exceptional despite a minor inconvenience with an unexpected guest in the room. The location was great, close to the beach and with friendly staff. The dining experience was above average with a good selection. Overall, a mixed experience with some positives and negatives.
I had a bit of a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were quite disappointing - they weren't clean, had holes in the bed sheets, and were terribly dirty with what looked like blood stains. On the bright side, the staff was incredibly helpful and kind, always effective in giving directions and recommendations, even though I had some trouble paying with my cards. The location was unbeatable, close to the beach and good restaurants, but my room didn't have a view of the beach as expected. The dining was just okay, with limited breakfast options and no vegetables in sight. On top of that, the hotel was under renovation during my stay, which was a bit inconvenient.
The hotel is centrally located just across the street from the beach, making it convenient for beach lovers. The rooms are compact with a view to the beach but lack tea or coffee-making facilities, which is a downside. The service is friendly and helpful, especially during busy carnival periods, but there were instances of unauthorized individuals accessing rooms. The dining experience had daily menu changes, which added variety, but the setting could get chaotic due to overcrowding. Overall, a decent option for those looking for a budget-friendly stay near the beach.
The hotel's location is unbeatable, right in front of Copacabana Beach with a great view over the mountains and the Christ statue. The rooms, unfortunately, were old, dirty, and too small, making it a tiring experience after a long journey. There was noise from a party that lasted late into the night, disrupting sleep.
